    She was very professional very friendly, always able to contact. Did a beautiful job. set up for all the pictures put it on Zillow had showings told me how to set up the house kept me informed with other realtors that would be coming through send paperwork to be signed.

    Jennifer was a fantastic realtor to work with. She is very thorough and detailed oriented. She has helped us with both of our homes and we couldn’t be more pleased. She answered any questions that arose. She even placed our dogs in her car for showings. We sold our homes in less than a week because of her expertise and advice.     I have sold two homes and bought 1 home with the help of Jen. She has been amazing every time. She is very detail oriented person and has the tendency to answer questions before they are asked. She will help with your showings all the way down to putting your dog in her car and driving around the block while people look at your home that is for sale. She knows the neighborhoods in Jax very well and has a good amount of connections to get insider information! Honest and straight forward approach. My first house sold in less than a week, my second house sold in less than 2 days. Her knowledge on price points got me more money than I expected both times. Great advice on what to fix, what to leave alone, etc to make sure I made the most profit in the shortest amount of time. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences working with her.
